Restaurants Open Near Pawleys Island

As the Pawleys Island area reopens following shutdowns due to covid-19, restaurants are beginning to reopen their doors to customers. Although the governor of South Carolina has allowed all restaurants in the state to reopen for limited-capacity indoor dining, some local eateries are taking is slow. They continue to offer takeout/delivery options or outdoor seating while others are opening their dining rooms to guests.

Safety, sanitation and social distancing measures are mandated by the state and include:

Tables spaced 6-8 feet apart

Limit capacity to 50%

Signage asking employees or guests who are ill not to enter the restaurant

Social distancing of 6 feet between people who are not in the same party

Encouragement of single-use condiments or condiments available by request only

Limited outdoor seating is available by reservation. Curbside is still available Tuesday-Saturday from 4 p.m.-8:30 p.m.
