Lee’s Inlet Kitchen

4460 US-17 BUS, Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, • (843) 651-2881

Since 1948, Lee’s Inlet Kitchen has been a Murrells Inlet favorite. Opened by Eford and Pearl Lee, this restaurant is now operated by the third generation of owners from the Lee family. Over the years, Lee’s Inlet Kitchen has gained so much popularity that it has had to expand the size of its dining room six times. That means that the food here is good, and definitely worth waiting for a table.

Keeping traditions alive, the Lee family still prepares their seafood in the same manner that Eford and Pearl did; in a Lowcountry-Murrells Inlet style. Many of the recipes have been handed down from generation to generation, and it keeps customers coming back claiming that they cannot find food like Lee’s anywhere else. That’s a true testament to the quality and taste of the food!

As you would expect, the menu at Lee’s Inlet Kitchen is full of delectable seafood options, most of which is caught along the shores of the Carolinas. Choose from delicious appetizers including homemade oyster stew, homemade clam chowder, shrimp salad, homemade crab cake, fried oyster, and many more.

Choose from a selection of salads, or opt for a main entrée. The entrée menu includes fried, broiled, and grilled options which include dishes such as fried deep sea scallops, fried fantail shrimp, broiled filet of flounder, broiled salmon, grilled combination platter, and many other options. Of course, there are options for those who want something a little more “meaty.” Enjoy a steak, chicken breast, or surf and turf grilled on Lee’s open-flame char-grill.

Thirsty? Look over Lee’s Inlet Kitchen’s extensive beverage list. Pick from white wine, sparkling wine, red wine, draft beer, bottled beer, premium beer, or order from the full-service bar.

Next time you’re in the Murrells Inlet area, be sure to drop by Lee’s Inlet Kitchen and savor a dish from one of the oldest restaurants left along the Grand Strand. Have a taste of the past that you won’t regret.
