Pheasant Run

Pheasant Run is a charming community located just off HWY 707 in Murrells Inlet. Developed by Bill Clark Homes, there are 79 different homesites across the neighborhood with lot sizes varying from .23 acres all the way up to 1. 84 acres. Murrells Inlet has become a hot spot, as it seems like everyone is searching for a home in the area. Motorcycles, RVs, boats, and other “toys” pose no issue, as this community loves playing hard and enjoying the outdoors.
