Just off HWY 17 in Pawleys Island, Allston Plantation is a wonderful community for locals to call home. Developed by Centex Homes, this newer community is becoming a more and more popular destination.

Homes are typically priced in the $300,000 and $400,000 range. The buildings are 2,000 – 4,000 square feet and have either 3 or 4 bedrooms, making it easier to scale to your needs.
