Susan Baldwin is a third generation native of Georgetown County, providing her with rich relationships throughout the lowcountry community. She started her career as a sales and marketing specialist for the Georgetown Times, as well as the Director of the Pawleys Island Festival of Music and Art. This led her to a position as the Director of Marketing and Rental Manager at DeBordieu Colony Real Estate and Rentals, which eventually merged with Peace Sotheby’s International Realty in Pawleys Island. When not working with home buyers and sellers, Susan can be found volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, serving as a co-chair for the Pawleys Pavilion Reunion, and working with the Blue Star Mothers of Coastal Carolina.
