Lindy Mickle has been familiar with the Pawleys Island area for almost her whole life, as she frequently vacationed here with her family when she was growing up. She is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a BA in Communications and also holds a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales in Charleston.
