THIS RESTAURANT IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS
Sabella's Italian Restaurant is known for exemplifying the Italian importance of family and delicious food. Executive Chef Arthur Sabella and his wife, Tracy, work hard to make fresh Italian dishes with the finest ingredients for their customers to enjoy and get their fill of authentic Italian cuisine.
The restaurant itself boasts a beautiful interior with rich decor, making you feel like you're dining in an upscale restaurant. And, while the food here is certainly amazing, don't let the top-notch quality and rich decor fool you into thinking you must come dressed in your Sunday's best. The folks at Sabella's are more than happy to greet you and your family in casual attire.
The menu at Sabella's is not overwhelming; it features a fine selection of dishes that will satisfy the taste buds of any Italian food lover. Start off with an appetizer such as Baked Clams Oreganata, Calamari Arabiatta, Stuffed Portabella, Shrimp and Polenta, Mussels Posillipo, Zuppa de Clams, or Eggplant Napoleon. Of course, you could also start with the Soup del Giorno (soup of the day) as well.
For lighter faire, Sabella's whips up a selection of delicious salads. These salads include the Caeser Salad, Poached Pear Salad, Caprese Salad, Arugula Salad, and Sabella's Signature Salad (mixed greens, olives, sharp provolone, fres mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and house roasted red peppers tossed in a house vinaigrette).
For a main course, choose from an array of pastas or entrees. Pasta options include Fettucine Bolognese, Filet alla Parpadella, Farfalle Affumicato, Rigatoni Amatricana, Penne Minestra, Orecchiette Barassi, Linguini Vongole Blano, Linguini Pescatore, and Ravioli del Giorno.
