The aroma fills the dining room and wafts around the open spaces adjacent to the waterfront establishment, tempting boaters and those out for a stroll.

The dinner menu begins with a list of Appetizers that includes Fried Green Tomatoes with andouille sausage and sriracha ranch, Dynamite Oysters on the half shell topped with shrimp and crab, and Marinated Beef Tenderloin Medallions over Arcadian Lettuce with a Dijon cream sauce.

Those in the mood for a Sandwich or Salad can choose from a Shrimp or Oyster Po’ Boy, Pulled Pork BBQ, Crab Cake Sandwich, House Cheeseburger, or Classic Caesar Salad. Available sides include Mashed Potatoes, Baked Potatoes, Baked Sweet Potato, French Fries, Corn on the Cob, Mac and Cheese, and a Vegetable Blend.

But if the wood-fired grill is giving off scents that are too good to pass up, check out beef options like the Ribeye (12 or 16oz), NY Strip, Filet Mignon (6 or 8oz), or the 20oz Cowboy Ribeye. Not in the mood for steak, but still want something from the grill? No problem, just check out the Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast, Pork Chop, Grilled Salmon, Lobster Tail, and a Local Catch of the Day.

The list of House Specialties includes dishes like Shrimp and Grits with andouille sausage, roasted red pepper cream sauce, and Adluh grits; the Inlet Fried Seafood Platter with oysters, shrimp, flounder, and deviled crab; and “Mother’s Meatloaf” over toasted Sourdough with a red wine demi-glace.

For a unique pie, check out the options from the Wood-Fired Pizza menu, which include Barbecue Chicken (bourbon bbq sauce, roasted chicken, red onions, mozzarella, aged cheddar), Island Style (roasted garlic, olive oil, smoked ham, pineapple, red onion, mozzarella), Bovine’s Deluxe (pepperoni, sausage, ham, red onions, diced peppers, mozzarella), and several other tasty combos.

Given the wood-fire grill, it only makes sense that the restaurant is made pretty much entirely of trees. Seating is available inside and out, and Bovine’s also caters to fishermen who need a quick lunch delivered to their boat.
