Located in the Pawleys Island Hammock Shops, bisQit is a casual eatery that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The biggest thing that attracts people to this restaurant are the large, fluffy, made from scratch bisQits, which make for a great morning meal. The lunch and dinner menu feature a larger variety of options, including appetizers, soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and more.

Under the appetizers section of bisQit’s menu, hungry guests can chooce from Fresh Cut Belgian Fries, Veggie Fries, Onions Rings, Chicken wings, Chicken Liver Pate, Meat & Cheese Board, Fondue, Beef Jerky, and something called Pickled Stuff which comes with carrots, green beans, cucumbers, and green tomatoes in a spicy brine.

The portion of the menu featuring lighter fare such as soups and salads. Soup options include Chili and Soup du Dean, and salad options consist of Chopped Wedge, a Garden Salad, Over Greens (any burger over mixed greens), and The Gatherer (field greens, dried cranberries, pecans, sunflower seeds, shredded carrots, chickpeas, raspberry vinaigrette.

At bisQit, guests can choose to sink their teeth into one of their delicious burgers. The burger options here touch on lots of different flavors, including the American Beauty (American cheese, bacon, jam, pickles, shredded lettuce, kinda secret sauce), the Deluxe (bacon, jam, cheddar, Nueske’s bacon, over easy egg, slice tomato, and mayo), the Smokehouse (BBQ sauce, jalapenos, bacon, PepperJack & smoked Gouda cheese, pickles, and onion ring), the Southeast (country ham, pimento cheese, lettuce, sliced tomato, mayo), the Southwest (roasted gren chile, queso, pickled red onion, sliced tomato), Trifecta (bacon, country ham, chorizo, swiss, spring mix, sliced tomato, spicy brown mustard), Carolina (cheddar, chili dog sauce, Lowcountry slaw, onion, yellow mustard), Burger Dog (all beef frank, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, ketchup, pickle relish), Queen Jane (American or cheddar, with ketchup, mayo, and mustard on the side), the Pittsburger (Belgian fries, diced tomato, house questo, and Lowcountry slaw), and last but not least, the House burger (root beer braised pork belly, onion ring, horseradish, white cheddar, spring mix, tomato, and bernaise aioli. Of course, you can also choose to BYOB (build your own burger).

The sandwich options at bisQit are just as interesting as the burgers, and have names like the Wedgefield, the Little Red Rooster, the Hagley, the Country Store, the Waverly, and the Lowcountry.
