Chef Adam Kirby and Anne Hardee have gained much attention for their two Pawleys Island restaurants: Rustic Table & Bistro 217, and for good reason. Both restaurants offer delectable upscale fare for those who live and visit the Pawleys Island area. If you’ve never tried either restaurant, here’s your chance to learn more about Rustic Table.

Rustic Table is your place to find comfort food in Pawleys Island. This family-friendly establishment boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere synonymous to the Southern home cooking served.

The restaurant is open for Brunch on Saturday and Sundays, Lunch from Tuesday-Friday, and Supper Tuesday-Sunday each week. Each menu features tasty options made from fresh ingredients provided by local farmers.

The Brunch menu at Rustic Table is quite extensive, featuring Soups, Salads, Appetizers, Entrees, and Desserts. Try a delicious Brunch Entrée such as the Country-Friend Steak & Eggs, Adam’s Omelet (shrimp, spinach, tomato, goat cheese, and breakfast potatoes), the Spanglish (bacon, spinach, tomatoe, white cheddar, and over easy egg on whole grain bread with mayo), and more.

Signature Items on the Brunch & Lunch menus include the Smash Burger (two five-ounce Certified Angus Beef patties smashes and topped with sharp white cheddar, roasted onion jam, pickles, and a special sauce), Brisket Sandwich, Shrimp ‘n’ Gritz, The “Comfy” (fried chicken breast served open faced on a homemade biscuit, creamy sausage gravy, and fries), and the Po Boy made with your choice of flounder or oysters.

Those visiting for Lunch can enjoy a wide range of Soups, Salads, Appetizers, Entrees, and Desserts, too! Start off your meal with a Steak Salad or Warm Brie & Pear Honey before moving on to an entrée such as the Pawleys Island Sandwich (fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese, seared spiral ham, and hickory-smoked bacon served on Texas toast), or the Fried Seafood Platter.

If you’re planning on eating dinner here, be sure to come on an empty stomach. Start off your Supper with Popcorn Gator (served with hot mustard sauce), a Soup such as the Rustic Tomato-Basil, or a salad like the Blackened Mahi Chopped Salad. Or, just skip the appetizer, soup, and salad all together and go straight for the main dishes. Entrees include notable items such as the Grilled Surf & Turf, Corned Beef & Cabbbage, Horseradish-Crusted Pork Loin, Mahi & Gritz, and more. You can also opt for a Sandiwch, or a Signature Item like the Meatloaf Dinner and the Fried Trout Almondine. Don’t forget to finish off your meal with a dessert like the P.I. Pie (chocolate chip pecan pie with whipped cream), Peach Cobbler, Key Lime Pie, Bananas Foster Bread Pudding, Crème Brulee, and Homemade Ice Cream.

Bringing the kids along? Rustic Table also has a Kids Menu to suit the taste bufs of your little ones. And, for adults over the age of 21, there is also  drink menu available from the bar.
